1.1 Nordic Xpress Limousine Service (The Company) provides passenger transportation services ‘By vehicles’ to customers who book their trips online and via debit or credit card, as well as digital wallet services by Mobile Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all customers who use the Service. By using the Service, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Customers can conveniently book their trips online using the Company’s website (www.nordicxpresslimousine.dk). Please note that prices for our services may vary depending on factors such as distance and whether the trip is one-way or round-trip, and will be displayed to you during the booking process before making a payment.
2.2 Payment for the Service can be made via debit or credit card at the time of booking, or through digital wallet services by Mobile Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
2.3 Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking their trips. The Company is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2.4 In case of any issues or problems regarding bookings or payments, the customer should contact the Company’s customer service department as soon as possible. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner
3. Purchase Policy
When making a Purchase through our Service, you may be required to provide certain information related to the transaction. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth Purchase process:
3.1 Information Required: To complete your Purchase, we may need the following information:
- Credit or debit card number
- Expiration date of your card
- Billing address
- Shipping information
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete. You must have the legal right to use any card or payment method associated with the Purchase.

3.4 Order Refusal or Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in product description or pricing, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policy
4.1. Customers are permitted to cancel or modify their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather or unavailability of the vehicle originally booked. In the event of such a cancellation, the Company will make all reasonable efforts to provide the customer with an alternative vehicle or transportation option. If an alternative option is not feasible, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments made.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking if the customer violates these Terms or engages in any behaviour that could compromise the safety of the driver or other passengers.
4.4 The customer has the right to a refund in the event that they are unable to reach their errands or flight departure due to a delay caused by the driver.
4.5. If the Company cancels the trip or fails to provide the agreed service, the customer is entitled to a refund.
5. Service Standards
5.1 The Company will provide the Service in a safe and professional manner.
5.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicles arrive on time and that customers reach their destinations on time. However, the Company is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond its control.
5.3 Customers are responsible for their own safety during the Service. Customers must wear seatbelts at all times and follow any instructions given by the driver.
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
6.1 ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS: The customer ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that the use of The Company´s Service involves inherent risks and ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS.
6.2 RELEASE OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the customer hereby RELEASES AND DISCHARGES The Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the service, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO any injury, loss or damage.
7. COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
7.1 INDEMNIFICATION: EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD THE COMPANY AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY´S SERVICE, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are a licensed and insured taxi transportation company, committed to providing safe and comfortable trips for our customers. If any problems arise, we are committed to addressing them promptly. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and support, so you can travel with peace of mind.
- To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please make sure that your phone is turned on and accessible at the time of pick-up so that we can contact you if necessary.
- Please allow enough time to get to your destination. Our estimated trip times do not take into account traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of any delays or changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary adjustments to your pick-up time and ensure a smooth and timely service.
Waiting Time:
- Your booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time if your pick-up location is at an airport.
- Your booking includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your pick-up time if your pick-up location is at a Cruise Port terminal.
- Your booking includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your pick-up time if your pick-up location is at a hotel, office, or private residence.
- Any additional waiting time beyond the initial free waiting time will be charged at a rate of 10 euro per started 15-minute interval.
No-Show Policy:
- If you do not greet the driver within the allotted free waiting time, the driver will report a no-show.
- In the event of a no-show, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
- The driver will provide the customer with evidence of his presence at the pickup location, including GPS location, date and time, and a record of a call log/SMS to the customer.
Luggage Capacity:
Luggage capacity Max. 1-3 suitcases (SEDAN 1-3 PAX)

- Medium size (65x45x27 cm)
- If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.
Luggage capacity Max. 1-7 suitcases (MINIVAN 4-7 PAX)
- Carry on – (55x40x20 cm)
- Medium (65x45x27 cm)
- If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.
- If the customer arrives with excess baggage beyond the permitted limit, they will be informed by the driver to seek an extra transportation vehicle to accommodate the remaining luggage. The cost of the extra transportation vehicle rests with the customer.
- If the customer declines to arrange for an extra transport vehicle and opts instead to cancel the current transfer, such a cancellation is not possible. No refund will be issued in such cases, and the full cost of the transfer will be charged.
